The name of this market (photographed on page 61 of "Supermarkets: 50 Years of Progress", a book from the Food Marketing Institute) really makes me think it is in SSF (where the Buri Buri Plaza on El Camino Real had a QFI).

I don't think it is the former QFI/Bell though - while that store is seperated from street level by a parking lot, this store is right on the street level, making me think this is now the former Grand Auto Supply building at Arroyo and El Camino, across from SSF's municipal hall. (That intersection is one block away from Buri Buri Plaza.)
