Actually the photos you show of the marina store that are shown as "Malibu" are actually in Pacific Palisades..farther south on PCH.

One marina in SoCal I've seen before on photos online but haven't yet been to is the Vons in Long Beach (4th Street?), not even sure it is still there as the last time I saw a photo of that location might be a full decade ago.

The store at Atlantic and Broadway (two blocks south of 4th street) in Long Beach used to be a marina store and was torn down abut ten years ago and replaced by a bigger store with rooftop parking.
