Though it doesn't say just being a resident I'm pretty sure this is the old Dempster & Greenwood location and the only one that I knew of where the cursive writing was red.
I'm sure it is the Dempster/Greenwood location. What confirms it for me is the yellow/brown sign in the distance on the left side, which is the Artuher Treacher's next to the Dominick's.
