Sacramento: Former Safeway, 3845 Marysville

Visited this marina (in the not-so-affluent Del Paso Heights district) in my Thursday jaunt, and this 1970s decor is just amazing. I don't think it's Safeway-issue decor, but the current tenant of Market Basket has only occupied the site since 1994.
Anyone have any clue who operated this beforehand and possibly installed the vintage interior look?
Aisle hangers look original to the Safeway era of this store.
