Closed marina, Washington DC area?

Saw this photo while searching for more supermarket images...I'm not sure where this is, it doesn't look like west coast though:

That looks like the Kensington Safeway. I got to visit that store when I was in DC in July 2005. Really small, but nice marina store.

The Kensington marina is a good guess--it's downhill from its surroundings, or it least it was--it was just demolished.
