Any one remember Sunrise Market in Cucamonga

I remember growing up in Cucamonga [not Rancho Cucamonga as it has been called since my teens]. A guy that I swore was old then named Mel opened Sunrise Market on the corner of Baseline and Carnelian. He started with that store and lease a few other spots next to it. Over the years he just kept adding buildings. The last time I was down that way, the store was a Smart and Final. There used to be a great pizza place next door [Pizza Royal]. A lot of my friends worked there during high school. I doubt that Terry still owns it, but he and his staff made a great pie.
