The Albertsons at 3520 Pacific Av SE is still an Albertsons. The back of the store is visible from I-5 and I remember the Albertsons sign when I was up there about two weeks ago. While many Albertsons are switching to Safeway, it has not happened at this location....not yet anyway.
The Mega Foods at 700 Trosper Road: There is a U.S. Foods Chef Store on the site (the entrance faces South 2nd Ave SW), with a small strip mall, and a standalone Walgreens on the property which was built after Mega Foods closed. Google Maps from 2011 shows that the Mega Foods building was torn down.
