I am looking at this shopping center in Orland, CA on South Street and I-5. Does anyone know what the original tenants were?

I previously identified the grocery space as a Sav-Max Foods (Certified Grocers corporate format). This seems to be incorrect on my part. Could have sworn I saw it operating under that banner in the early 2000s... but does not seem to be the case.

It appears this center was built in 1984.

At 1028 South Street from 1984-1994 was Bills Drugs. This was a 20-store chain that Longs bought. Longs operated this store from 1994-2006 then moved to a new building elsewhere in Orland. This is half vacant today and half Dollar Tree.

At 1026 South Street was a grocery space. I assume this opened as a grocery store in 1984. However I cannot find any record of that. It received a liquor license to "GLENN IV LTD" from 1990-1994, then to Gils Supermarkets (this was a small chain with stores scattered around up along I-5 to the OR Border) from 1994-2003. Then this was vacant until 2013 when Grocery Outlet moved in.

At 1024 South Street is some kind of a store now. Looking at the interior of that store, I am very curious what this was previously. It looks like it may be a former JC Penney. I would suspect this would have closed by the early 90's if this was indeed that. However what is throwing me off here is this store has two sets of doors- it has some electric doors then right next to those doors it has some pull doors.
