Aside from the location in Placentia, California(825 West Chapman, corner of Chapman and Placentia), are there any In-N-Out Burger locations without drive thru? When that location opened in the summer of 1984, it was the first without a drive thru, due to local ordinances at the time. My question, are there any other In-N-Out's which, for whatever reason, don't have drive thru?

Something I forgot to mention in my original post...
The reasons an In-N-Out would lack a drive thru. Off the top of my head, I could think of a couple reasons for not having a drive thru. First, there's the matter of local ordinances/zoning restrictions(I decided to lump these two together, due to the fact that zoning laws could be considered local ordinances), which is why the Placentia location was originally built without a drive thru in the first place. The second would be impracticality. Again, the Placentia location. Even though Placentia does now allow restaurants to have drive thru windows, it would be absolutely impossible to add a drive thru in that particular location. The lot is too small, and even if they could expand the lot, they would have to demolish the building and rebuild it from the ground up.
So, for any other locations without a drive thru, is it because of ordinances/zoning restrictions, impracticality, or a combination of both?

The In-N-Out on Brand Boulevard in downtown Glendale, CA also doesn't have a drive-thru -- it's technically a mall location (it's in a retail space on the ground floor of one of the Glendale Galleria parking garages), although its entrance is to the city street, not to the mall interior.
