Andrew Williams Stores was a grocery store chain in the San Francisco Bay Area of California in the 1930s and '40s. Perhaps its best known location opened at the southeasterly corner of Broadway and MacArthur Blvd. (then named "Moss"). It was among the first grocery stores in northern California to have a parking lot.

Presumably the illustration depicts the facade of the El Cerrito store building, but I cannot confirm that. Also, I cannot tell where "1900 San Pablo Avenue" would be located on a modern street address map.
