Looks like Great American actually closed just before the beginning of 2020 (see post of Nov 19th, 2019 with note of only a few more days for the Watertown location).
Also, interesting that Tops was forced to sell both stores off here with the corporate merger with Price Chopper. Since previously Tops had 2 spots, with PC & Hannaford only one each, surprising they couldn't keep one Tops to make it PC/Tops 2, Hannaford 1 and GU 1 (since in that case they likely wouldn't have used the Piggly Wiggly name as they didn't elsewhere) - thus the same situation that had previously existed.
