Chuck E. Cheese's and ShowBiz Pizza (Portland, Seattle)

Does anybody happen to have any pictures (both inside and out) of the following Chuck E. Cheese's (Pizza Time Theatre) and ShowBiz Pizza Place stores here in Portland, OR and in Seattle, WA between the 1980s and mid-1990s?

I am most interested in seeing what these locations looked like when they were first built, up to when they received the "Concept Unification" changes (which rebranded all of the former ShowBiz Pizza stores into Chuck E. Cheese's).

Most locations of both chains closed following the 1984-85 merger of Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre and ShowBiz Pizza Place, especially in areas the pre-merger stores were pretty close to, to avoid overlap, especially after all of the remaining ShowBiz stores were rebranded into Chuck E. Cheese's during the "Concept Unification" years.

It is known the ShowBiz in Federal Way had burned down by early 1984.

Also, in addition to the newer Lynnwood store, ShowBiz Pizza Time opened one other store under the ShowBiz Pizza Place brand in Seattle proper in 1986 (at 3605 34th St. S.), but does anyone remember when that location had closed?
