Saw this video today on YouTube and it has the "grate" like a 80's Pavilions would have. This store is located in Rowland Heights, CA.

Was this a old Pavilions? I don't recall other stores using that type of design.

Gemco, open ca. 1985 per newspaper ads. Probably one of the last to open.

99 Ranch was in the space by 1992 and maybe earlier.
