I believe you are correct. Food Fair came in by purchasing Setzer's.
Colonial (one of my pet chains) appears to have come in by acquiring Jacksonville (a/k/a Jax) Meat Company, and apparently did better in Jacksonville than anywhere else in Florida.
There are actually a couple of stores (934 Dunn and 929 S. MacDuff) that went Colonial > Big Star > Pantry Pride > Winn-Dixie.
