If you are traveling through Richmond towards Williamsburg and the east on I-64, take the Nine Mile Road (VA 33) exit eastbound. Just down the road on your right is a really crummy convenience store. That's an original Big Star star hanging on the front of that building (the star with "Food" in the center).

Big Star was gone from Richmond by 1983; the closest Big Star to this location was another couple of miles further east.

I'll try to get a picture.
