TIC TOC MARKETS

Does anyone remember a chain of stores around Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties in California in the late 50's called Tic Toc markets (Tic Toc systems inc.)? This store was an almost exact clone of the Circle K buildings and signage from the same era and I think they were related. Could have been the same architect. I am interested in any info. as this is a hard store to find anything about.
