Alpha Beta Pharmacies inside grocery stores

During the American Stores' ownership of Alpha Beta as a separate division (1979-1988), were there any Hy-Lo Pharmacies inside Alpha Beta/Skaggs Alpha Beta stores?
Also, did Esther Cramer write a 2nd edition to "The Alpha Beta Story"?

No, I think he meant a 2nd pressing of the book.

Or an update that took up events after 1973. I think one of us probably would have discovered this if it existed, though.
