W.T. Grants in Connecticut

Grants had a store in just about every town in Connecticut.
I think one of the big problems they had was opening thier GRANT CITY
stores long after Woolworths opened WOOLCOS and Kreskes opend K-Marts.
Another problem they had was opening a Grant store in a Shopping Cenetr in small towns where a downtown Grants was already established.
