May's was acquired by Lucky Stores in 1968. Where were they located and what's its history? Did Lucky operate it as May's?

The May's drug stores were in No. Illinois, So. Wisconsin and No. Iowa and were aquired with Eagle in 1968. As of 1979 there were 19 stores in the mid-west. Several marginal stores were closed prior to 1979. There was also one store in the Los Angeles area, which was a May's/L&G sporting goods unit.

I want to say Carson if my memory serves correctly. Seems like it was sold aorund 1981.
