This looks exactly like the interiors to Max Foods. The three stores that I have been to (one actually closed a while back) all have the same flair, but they had ceiling tiles.

The only difference is that Grocery Warehouse/Max Foods down here have white lettering in the red and yellow stripe to designate "Dairy" "Deli", etc.....

The one in Hanford remains open and is still fully functional, but for how long since a 250000 sq ft Wallyworld is scheduled to open in May.
