Shoppers Market in Highland Park (Los Angeles)

Hi,
I don't know anything about this chain "Shoppers Market" but this store is from 1960 and I'm involved in a preservation issue there. The store was most recently an Albertson's in the Higland Park area of Los Angeles and the exterior is in great shape. Any info?

This was a Shopper's Market til about 1966 i think, and then Lucky's until Albertsons bought them and changed the name. It hasn't changed too much over the years except for the Savon's side which was another pharmacy before. Shame they closed it, i was sad to see Lucky's go.

This store reopened yesterday as a Superior Warehouse Grocer.
