There is at least one former Kenny Rogers Roasters around here in Federal Way WA (ironically enough, also directly across the street from a former Boston Market) that turned into a Japanese steak house. The Boston Market there got split into an indie coffee shop and a Qdoba Mexican Grill.
The Cheyenne, WY Boston Market was also across the street from it's Kenny Rogers Roasters competitor. Roasters became a successful local Mexican restuarant, and Boston Market is now a Wendy's.

Locally one of ours became a Taco Bell, another a Krispy Kreme (which, amazingly, is still open), and one became an eye glass shop.

TV Hwy in Beaverton, Oregon became a Carl's Jr, who actually managed the Boston Market brand briefly out of bankruptcy before McDonald's bought the brand for its real estate value, but ended up running the chain until they sold it off to the management group.

There was a Boston Market in Henderson, NV at the intersection of Sunset and Sunset (aka Sunset and Mountain Vista), I think it is now a payday loan center...IMO it was a horrible location because it was directly behind a gas station and it may not have been visible to the street...

The San Bernardino CA Boston Market was located on University Drive in the Ralphs (originally Hughes) shopping center. The former Boston Market became KFC.

The Redlands CA Boston Market was located Orange Street, across the street from VONS (originally Albertsons) shopping center. The former Boston Market became Chipolte Mexican Food.

In Avenel (Woodbridge) NJ, in front of the KMart/Pathmark strip shopping center there is/was a Boston Market that was once a Roy Rogers. I don't recall whether it still is one or not.

In the Rochester NY area there were once three Boston Markets. One in Fairport/Perinton was closed and I believe is still vacant, I believe the one in Greece was flipped to a hot dog place and one is still open in Henrietta sharing the building with a larger Dunkin' Donuts.

At least one Boston Market in eastern Massachusetts is closed, although the signs indicating its presence are still posted on the Interstate (grrr...)

Here are the ones I know of in Michigan.

Bay City (4000 Wilder Rd.) - closed late 1990s, became Fazoli's ca. 2001, closed 2008, now Harvey's Grill & Bar
Birmingham (1577 S. Woodward Ave.) - not sure what became of this one, addresses were renumbered
Dearborn (136 N. Telegraph Rd.) - closed 2008, vacant
Detroit (17137 Harper Rd.) - now Majestic Coney Island
Livonia (37104 6 Mile Rd.) - vacant
Royal Oak (221 E. 12 Mile Rd.) - vacant
St. Clair Shores (31230 Harper St.) - now G. Willie's Pizza . This one was originally a Sveden House.

No, off of 495 IIRC, northwest of Boston. The sign for "Food Next Exit" included it.

When I exited and looked for it, I found it but it had been closed.

Just down the road in Bremerton, the Boston Market became a Washington Federal Savings branch. They even use the drive-through window... of course, it doesn't slide open anymore! I can't remember if it might have closed slightly before the rest of the Northwest locations, since it's not listed in this account of the demise of franchisee BC Northwest in October 1998. I believe the Port Orchard location is some sort of a barbecue restaurant now. The one in Lakewood is a Taco Bell.

I was wrong -- it's a Blockbuster Video now... 3548 S.E. Mile Hill Drive, near the former Kmart store.

In West Seattle, the Boston Market here got tunred into a very nice Taco Time outlet, which has been remodeled a couple of times already. In Burien, WA, it became a locally owned Mexican grill called, Ole Mole. But it didn't last long. Then it became a branch for Wells Fargo Bank until Wells bought a competing bank in the same town. Now this location is a Panda Express. But it looks nothing like the former Boston Market.

They had a great location at the intersection of Church & Market in San Francisco. Right across from a Safeway, plenty of foot traffic, public transit transfers and right in front of a subway entrance.

It's now a very popular "comfort food" restaurant called Home:

This one has a long history. It opened as "Mister S", then became Burger Chef, then Hardee's for a short time, then Stucchi's.

I'm up to 15 in Michigan now: link
