How many "Pavilions" prototypes are there

i know of three.....the original one....then like in 1995 there was a new design and then the lifestyle format....are there anymore besides these...? and does anyone know the names the prototypes...?

When SAFEWAY left SoCal...many smaller SAFEWAY sites becames PAVILLIONS PLACE...as they were not as large as the full-sized stores.
