"Don't Make A&P Mad"

I was at the local library yesterday and found the above referenced book. Written aby J.E. Davis and self-published in 1990, it's a history of Winn-Dixie by one of the brothers who founded them.
I haven't begun reading it yet. Frankly, it looks like it won't be all that interesting. Anyone heard of it or read it? It appears to be a sort of "vanity book". I can't imagine how one copy came to be in my local library unless someone gave it to them - Winn-Dixie never had more than a mediocre presence around here.
FYI, copies on alibris.com are listed from around $3 to around $50. One is described as being the story of the "brothers who founded the A&P chain", which I suppose shows a fair bit of sloppiness by that pariticlar bookseller.
