Excellent info coming in. I want to add Cortland,NY, Corning,NY, Johnson City,NY, Binghamton,NY, and Colonie,NY (Albany area). With Endicott confirmed by maynesG, that should put us at 52 locations. I can't figure out Vestal,NY.

I have some other locations I have found. They include Greene,NY, Boonville,NY, Afton,NY, Delhi,NY, Sherburne,NY, Tully,NY, Lyons Falls,NY, Watertown,NY, Oxford,NY and Prattsville,NY. I believe this brings us to 38 locations.

There was a Value City store in Newburgh, NY on North Plank Road (RT32) back in the 1980's. Is this the same department store chain? It is now a half Rite-Aid and half, I think, a Dollar General?
