We had a Pathmark in Annapolis, MD in the shopping center next to the Annapolis Mall. Maybe around 1987-1991? It didn't last too long, I don't think.
I can't remember if they had the pharmacy deal or not... I was very young, but I remember getting big multipacks of baseball cards there.

A little update to this thread: Sadly the former McDaniel's that became a Ralphs on Laurel Canyon Blvd. in North Hollywood has been shut down, replaced by a Planet Fitness.
